Everyone is welcome to explore aspects of that hope during a Service of Evening Prayer

Visit St John’s churchyard from Sunday 13th April to explore the Easter story! Follow the trail and join in the activities to discover what’s so amazing about Easter. Self-guided trail, no charge. Please keep to the main churchyard path and respect the graves and those who visit them.
Messy Church meets POP-up Church in a fabulous celebration of Palm Sunday! Do crafts and activities! Sing and dance to ISingPOP songs! Join a procession and help tell the Easter story! With refreshments and activities for all ages, everyone is welcome to this special celebration.
A variety of evening worship
Walk with the cross from St John’s to Holy Innocents (approx 1 mile), pausing to pray and hear the story of Jesus. Meet outside St John’s at 1pm, to arrive at Holy Innocents in good time for the 2pm Good Friday service
Easter Vigil service with the lighting of the Easter fire and Eucharist. Please note: incense will be used in this service.

This is a brand new family worship event at St John's Church, DY116RL!
We were delighted to have just under 70 people at our launch event! The next service is on Sunday 16th March, 3-4pm at St John's Church, there will be crafts and activities, singing, Bible stories, and fun energetic family worship using the iSingPOP worship resources.
POP-up Church is open to everyone, of all ages, including all our regular congregations - we would LOVE to see you there!
