It is wonderful that you are thinking about Christening either for yourself or your child. It is a very big step to take and before we book a Christening, you will be invited to attend our START course run over 3 sessions to  give you a more in-depth understanding of the Christian faith and you will be better prepared to make a decision about whether a Christening is right for you or your child. Here at St Peter's Cookley we like Christenings to take place in the morning service if at all possible. This means the church can welcome the newly Christened adult or child.
