St Anne's has received grant funding towards repair and renovation of the exterior as phase one of an ambitious scheme to make the building usable for a wide range of purposes as a Community Hub. The funding also covers an architect-led feasibility study into how the building could be developed.
A detailed specification for the exterior work has been drawn up and put out to tender, and detailed arrangements for the start of this work are now in progress The work will include repairs to failing stonework and will also include pointing and renovation of the exterior facings.
