For families, carers and pre-school children. Come along and gather informally for a children's story, a story from the bible, (maybe with puppets!) a little activity, a song and a prayer. All followed by refreshments. Donations welcome, but no charge. All are welcome.

Holy Communion with hymns in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England, followed by a cup of tea and time for getting to know each other. All are welcome. We are an inclusive church. There is a play area for little children.

The traditional worship for Good Friday, with dramatised reading of the Passion Gospel, poems, prayers and hymns and the opportunity to lay down our burdens at the Cross, and venerate the Cross, expressing our love to Jesus for all he has done for us, followed by ante communion

Festal mass beginning with the Holy Fire outside, procession into church, singing of the exultet and reading of the Vigil Readings, telling the story of God's love for humanity through the ages, and culminating in the great proclamation of the Risen Christ. Renewal of baptism vows and holy communion with fabulous easter hymnody and full party refreshments to finish. All are welcome, come and greet with joy the Risen Lord

reflections and memories of a life as a BBC script Producer and Editor

Lynn is an experienced Script Producer and Script Editor with a real passion for storytelling and working with writers, both established and emerging talent. In her time at the BBC, she has built a reputation as someone who is particularly strong at developing relationships with writers, understanding story and problem solving. She enjoys the challenge of finding and developing new talent, and finding fresh and exciting ways to tell stories within tight production parameters to find innovative and creative ways to make truly outstanding and exciting drama.

On the third Saturday of every month. Our coffee mornings are for bereaved families who have experienced the heartbreak of losing a baby during pregnancy, at birth or soon after. Come along for support and understanding in a safe and compassionate environment, with tea, coffee and biscuits and some gentle craft activities on offer. Whether you're seeking advice, friendship or simply a listening ear, come and share together with parents and grandparents who have walked a path similar to your own. There is always an opportunity to light a candle for your loved one, and to say their name in love.
