Wonderful to share in the Mothers' Union celebrations of 100 years of love, prayer, service and witness from our amazing branch of the Mothers' Union here in S. Peter's. A festival Holy Communion was held, with the mayor and Deputy Lord Lieutenant in attendance, and many of the Mothers' Union from our branch and branches all over the diocese. A treat to hear Fr. Jesse Smith preach on this occasion, and his homily is available under our 'homilies and sermons' tab on the main home page. Followed by sumptuous refreshments, everyone had a marvellous time.
