We were delighted to welcome over 50 visitors to a special 'spring' Heritage Open Day - our way of saying 'thank you' to National Lottery players and our local community for making possible our heritage project 'If These Walls Could Talk...Revealing Secrets at Hampton Lovett Church'. Visitors were able to discover our remarkable heritage, take a guided or virtual tour of the newly reopened C14th tower, trace family history in church records and see at first hand the newly discovered but very old and rather mysterious carved markings we have found at the church. More were discovered during the day!  The attachment gives a flavour of the event.  Thank you to everyone for coming along and to our marvellous team of volunteers who helped prepare, set-up and run everything on the day itself.
