Recognising that some people do not wish to come to church in current circumstances, while to others being able to attend services in person is very important, we have amended the service pattern for the rest of January and February. These changes hopefully offer something to those who want to attend and those who would rather watch online.
Where the main Sunday service is Morning Prayer (second and fourth Sundays), that will be a streamed service with live congregation. On the first and third Sundays there will be a Eucharist at 10.30am for personal attendance, plus a streamed Evening Prayer at 5pm. This is set out by date below.
Revd Phil Bradford will continue to circulate the link for the streamed services the day before, so those not on the e-mail distribution list will need to contact him to be added.
Sadly, the 10am Eucharist at St John’s on a Tuesday will be suspended until further notice. The 10.30am at St Michael’s on a Thursday will continue.
Please note that this plan may have to change if regulations change, and we will review the situation towards the end of February.
