Baptism

In Baptism we give thanks for the gift of life and begin a lifelong journey with God. We proclaim our belief in God’s love, revealed to us in Jesus. We become members of God’s family, the Church. We receive the gift of the Holy Spirit which strengthens us as we seek to follow the example of Jesus.

All those who live in the Parish of St. Peter can be baptised here. If you live somewhere else, it may still be possible for the service to took place at St. Peter’s as long as you have a link to our Parish. It is also possible to have a service of thanksgiving for the birth of a child if you do not think you can make the promises required in Baptism.
