A Candlelit Advent Procession for the First Sunday of Advent.
Beginning in total Darkness the service starts with the lighting of one candle. As the choir process around the church, further candles are lit until the whole Church is lit by hundreds of candles. With reflective music, readings and congregational Advent Carols this is a very moving start to the Advent Season.
This is normally a busy service and early arrival is recommended - Doors open at 5.30 pm
