Baptism services are held at St Martin in the Wood on the 1st Sunday of the month, and at St Boniface on the 4th Sunday of the month.

St Martin in the Wood

St Martin in the Wood is part of the Parish of Chandler's Ford and one of two churches in the parish (the other being St Boniface). St Martin's is located in the Hiltingbury area of the parish. We are a large and busy Anglican parish covering Hiltingbury, Fryern Hill and the Velmore estate. Both churches are very much part of the community and the church centres are used by a wide variety of groups of all ages. The core of our church life is worshipping God through our many and varied services and through serving Him in the wider community.

Our Parish is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO.
