The APCM will take place after the Sunday service in church. It is held every year and all those who are on the electoral roll of the church may attend and take part in a vote. Other people who live in the parish may attend but are not able to vote. Reports are presented about the finances and activities of the church over the past year, and the churchwarden, Deanery Synod representatives, and members of the PCC are chosen for the forthcoming year. Nomination forms for these roles are at the back of the church.
