Throughout Lent 2026 we will be following the Church of England’s theme Draw Near: Life-giving habits for Lent. This year’s resources will help us to think about a ‘rhythm of life’ – habits and patterns which help us grow as disciples of Christ day by day, especially as we prepare to celebrate the great mystery of God’s saving love at Easter. The Lent Course will begin on Ash Wednesday, 18th February, and will run for seven weeks during the whole of Lent. There are three groups to choose from:

Wednesday mornings in church at 10.45am (after our midweek Communion service)

Wednesday evenings at 7.30pm

Thursday evenings at 7.30pm

Please sign up asap on the relevant sheet at the back of church and indicate if you would like a course booklet (at a discounted price of £2.50).

You can read and listen to daily Lent reflections from 18th February through the Everyday Faith app, which is available to download here: https://www.churchofengland.org/faith-life/exploring-faith/everyday-faith.
