Part of the Diocese of Winchester, Holy Trinity is a parish of The Society (under the patronage of S. Wilfrid and S. Hilda) and a member of Forward in Faith under the pastoral and sacramental care of the Bishop of Richborough.
This parish – Holy Trinity Winchester – takes the safeguarding of everyone, especially the care of children, with utmost seriousness. We also are very mindful of the experience of survivors of clerical and other church abuse. We take any reports of abuse seriously; those making allegations will be heard and listened to.
On 6th October 2020 the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA) published its overarching investigation report into the Church of England (and Church in Wales).
