Although fundraising is not our main aim, the group has been able to support various appeals including ‘New Pyjamas’, the Community Pantry, Berkshire Women’s Aid and St Peter’s own Community Hub as well as donating items to hospitals and care homes in the area.
Supporting the British Legion in their Poppy Appeal is an annual event for us, making poppy brooches, as is our presence at the Christmas Market.

We make anything from baby clothes, toys, hats and scarves to egg cosies and patchwork blankets.

We have yarns, knitting needles and patterns for members to use, so you don’t need to worry about a starting kit!

Come along to brush up on your knitting and crochet with the ready support of the existing members, learn a new skill, or just enjoy a natter and a cuppa.
