What is Alpha?
Alpha is a weekly evening which allows you to think and discuss the big questions of life. Everyone is welcome.
Wednesday nights, 7:00pm-9:00pm (10 weeks)

Who is Alpha for?

Alpha is for anyone who's curious. The talks are designed to encourage conversation and explore the basics of the Christian faith in a friendly, open and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.

How does it work?
Alpha is a series of ten Wednesday sessions which will take place at St Mary's Church Building. Each session includes a short talk and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts in small groups. Each week we'll start by eating together, with food provided by us.

We are a church with a vision to see people in Andover come to faith in Jesus and the town thrive. 

We eat together, we give and receive support, everyone is made to feel welcome, we are flexible, and we want St Mary’s to be a church for everyone. We are a church for Andover and we’re invested in its future. We care deeply about keeping things simple, sustainable, real, and good. We’re also beginning to think through what it might look like to play our part in seeing a beautiful revitalisation of the church across Northwest Hampshire through the coming decade.

We are growing and we would love to welcome you to join this adventure with us.

We meet Sundays at 9am, 10:45am and 6:30pm. Our morning services are live-streamed on our YouTube channel: St Mary's Andover.
