All Saints' was built in the 1870s as a new church for a parish serving an expanding part of the town. Its most famous incumbent was Fr. Charles Bond, the carpenter priest, who died in 1932.
All Saints' has been part of the Catholic Tradition within the Church of England for many years, and the interior of the building reflects this.
Since 1st January 2010 All Saints' has been part of The Parish of the Resurrection, Alton. There are four Anglican Churches in the new parish. We are in Covenant with Alton Methodist Church as the Greater Alton Project (GAP)
