St Michael

St Michael's is a small, welcoming Church situated on the main road in Carleton.  Everyone is welcome to come to any of our services and events.  If you have not been before and would like to speak to someone before you come, please feel free to telephone either of our contact numbers.  Alternatively, please speak to the person handing out the hymn books as you come into Church. 

If you wish to take communion with a gluten free bread please speak to the person handing out books as you come in.  If you are not confirmed, please come for a blessing and speak to our priest about being confirmed if you wish.

Carols on the Green followed by our Christingle Service

Every one is invited to this community event that starts on Carleton Green (WF8 3NJ) at 5.00 pm with carols and the telling the nativity story. Please come with your lanterns and torches. Carol sheets will be available. This is followed by a Chrisitingle Service in St Michael's Church (WF8 3RW) at 6.00 pm. This is for children of all ages (and their carers) and adults. Afterwards everyone is welome at Carleton Community Centre for refreshments and drawing the Christmas Raffle
