The Hope Cafe has received a new lease of life and operates now each week, to offer company, friendship and hospitality to anyone who wishes to come along. "I like that different strands of the community can come along and mix a bit", says Fr George, who thought up the idea of the Cafe during the pandemic. "Originally, we thought it would be about helping people cope with loss caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, but really the Cafe is simply here for anyone who wants to join in.

The Ravensthorpe Community Centre is in Garden St, Ravensthorpe.

The Cafe also runs fortnightly in Thornhill Lees at the Community Centre in Brewery Lane. Again, this on Wednesdays 10-12 noon.  The next meeting is on 15th March, when International Womens Day will be celebrated with speakers and poetry. For further details, please contact Fr George on 07388507282.
