Within the benefice when there is a 5th Sunday in a month we have a combined Eucharist, all our congregations come together. The location moves between the churches and the time changes to 10.30am. We are especially thankful in this service as we come together as witness the baptism of Lincoln.

The Eucharist is celebrated by the whole people of God gathered for worship. The ministry for members of the congregation is expressed through their active participation together in the words and actions of the service, but also by some of them reading the Scripture passages, leading the prayers of intercession, and, if authorised assisting with the distribution of communion.

All are welcome to attend this service, if you are Confirmed to receive Communion, if not you can receive a blessing from the priest. Alternatively you may just want to be still in the presence of God.

St Peter's

Why not join us on our journey as we begin to understand God's purpose for us and develop our faith, our understanding of the bible and discover God’s love for us all.

All are welcome as we journey together.</span>

"The parish of Woolley: St Peter is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
