One of the great things about Christmas is that people still gather to sing songs of yesteryear.

You are warmly invited to come along and join us as we sing the popular hits of the 60's - 90's. After every song there will be a little quiz on what we have sung.

So, what are you waiting for come and join us as we promise laughter and good company. There will be unlimited tea or coffee to wet your vocal chords and who knows maybe the odd mince pie or two.

The sing-a-long is totally free, so what are you waiting for?

We especially welcome those who are on the journey with dementia and their carers.

Please come-a-long otherwise the vicar will be eating all the mince pies!

St James the Great

"The parish of Chapelthorpe: St James is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer(s), PSOs. The Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA. If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
