The Feast of Corpus Christi.

Corpus Christ is Latin for 'the body of Christ'. This festival is celebrated by Christians throughout the world to proclaim that the bread and wine in the Eucharist actually turns into (known as transubstantiation) the body of Christ.

In the Church of England after the Reformation this feast was not celebrated until 1548 when it was reintroduced as The Day of Thanksgiving for the Institution of Holy Communion.
