Our Haggis Watch has been rescheduled to later in the year. We didn't realise that in January they were still hibernating. When we have a new date it will be posted on here.

Can you keep a secret? If you can read on…

You may already know that St Peter’s churchyard is home to a very rare breed of Haggis. Known as ‘The Woolley Where Did it Go Haggis’, it’s the Mo Farah of the Haggis world, hence very rarely seen. To help keep this protected species a well-kept secret (known only to you and the vicar) and to help raise church funds you are warmly invited to the ‘The Watch.’

Saturday 27th January, 'The Watch’ starts at 7.00pm.
The cost is £15 for adults and under 18’s £8 payable on arrival.

Refreshments will be available to keep you nice and warm on 'The Watch.' Also available will be haggis (there’s even a vegetarian option), with neeps tatties and gravy (vegetarian). Please note the haggis are not from Woolley as they are under legal protection as an endangered species.

To book a place and to be given more top secret information please contact our vicar at [email protected]

Remember, it’s a secret between you and the vicar, so don’t let on to anyone else!

If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the DSA.
