There are two ways to Keep Fit at St. Mary's. One is mentally, when we spend time with God during the Sunday service. The other one is physically when you can exercise your body guided by our Keep Fit instructor. This one takes place on Thursday afternoons. A small charge of £4.00 is made when you attend.
