Who we are... A charismatic evangelical town centre Anglican church (Church of England) seeking to reach out to our local community with the love of God and the Good news of Jesus Christ.  We are part of the Benefice of Central Barnsley.

What we believe...We believe in God the Creator, in Jesus the Saviour and in the Holy Spirit the Comforter. We believe the Bible is the Word of God and we believe that God heals today - body, soul and spirit. We offer healing prayer and a listening ear after most of our services. 

The parish of Barnsley St George is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults.
