You will help us with identifying barriers to engagement within our worship and activities. You will support us with the identification of potential solutions and will work with Priest-in-Charge and PCC to hold us accountable for making progress.
Barriers to inclusivity may be arise through disability, economic power, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, age, learning disability, mental health, neurodiversity, or sexuality.
