St Michael's

Welcome to the website for St Michaels church in Mytholmroyd.

We warmly welcome those who live and work in this area or are visiting.

We are a congregation made up of all different ages, who together are learning more about God, and want to share the good news they have discovered.

Our services take place every Sunday at 11 am and include hymns and traditional organ music.

Additionally, we host a wide variety of groups and events in the Church Hall. You can find more details on our Services and Events page.

Please note that we are currently in interregnum, and as a result, some services are 'Morning Praise' and do not include communion.

Safeguarding

Our parish of Mytholmroyd is committed to safeguarding children, young people and adults from harm. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO). Our Diocese of Leeds’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor who advises our PSO. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO or the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor . If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority’s children or adult social care services.
