As the colder months approach, Christ Church’s Prayer Walking Group will be taking a break for the winter season. After a successful year of walking through our community in prayer, the group will pause during the colder and darker days, with plans to return in Spring 2025.

The Prayer Walking Group has been a cherished way for members of our parish to come together, reflect, and pray for our town, its people, and our shared concerns while walking through the beautiful surroundings of Sowerby Bridge. We look forward to resuming this uplifting activity once the weather improves.

Please check our website in the new year for updates on when the group will reconvene. We’re excited to continue this journey with you in 2025, and we welcome anyone who wishes to join us next spring!
