Rushbearing is an annual event, revived in 1977, that has become a cherished tradition in our community. Historically, rushes were laid on the church floor as a winter covering, and today, we continue this custom by presenting rushes to the church as a symbolic gesture of our heritage and faith.

Church Cafe: Open during the Craft Fair

This year, as part of the Rushbearing Celebrations, we are excited to host a craft fair. Come and support local traders, discover unique handmade items, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The craft fair will run from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, offering a wide variety of goods from talented artisans in our community.

The church cafe will also be open, providing a cozy space to relax with refreshments while you explore the fair. Whether you're looking for a special gift or simply want to enjoy a day out, there's something for everyone.
