Everyone is welcome.
We hope that you will be able to join us.

St Mary the Virgin

Welcome to St. Mary's, Lowdham. St. Mary's is the main parish church within the parish of Lowdham, Caythorpe & Gunthorpe

Sunday worship is held at St. Mary's each week at 9.00a.m. Refreshments are served after the service. Everyone is very welcome, and we look forward to seeing you.

Although it is no longer mandatory to wear a face mask, we are encouraging everyone to be mindful of others and to keep each other as safe as possible. Please do not come to church if you have any Covid symptoms or have tested positive.

More details of our church services and events can be found on the Benefice newsletter.

As a parish, we are committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO), Zena Cameron.

The Diocese of Southwell & Nottingham’s safeguarding pages contain vital links and information including contacts for the Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor (DSA) who advise our PSOs. If you are concerned that a child or adult has been harmed or may be at risk of harm please contact the PSO, Zena Cameron or the DSA.

If you have immediate concerns about the safety of someone, please contact the police and your local authority Children or Adults Services."
