Love, Joy, Peace is an introduction to Christian spirituality through guided meditation. Everyone is welcome.
During this course we are going to explore how we can develop the spiritual ‘fruits’ through the practice of imaginative meditation, discussion and explanation that invite us into love, joy and peace.
