Sue Waterston will lead us in a special service of Morning Praise to celebrate Advent Sunday, with a mix of scripture, poetry and hymns.

Normanton on Soar Village and Soar Boating Club Carol Service

Village and Soar Boating Club Carol Service will be led by The Revd Simon Richardson, followed by seasonal refreshments at the Boat Club. The Mayor of Rushcliffe will be pleased to attend and, towards the end of the service, we will present a cheque to our Charity of the Year, Jasmine’s Legacy of Dreams.

There will be the usual service of Holy Communion in the morning at 9:30 am, led by The Revd Mary Essex.

A quiet service in preparation for Christmas. Following the success of our August Evening Prayer services with music and poetry and prayers, we will be holding a similar style of service. Half an hour of peace and reflection on almost the shortest day of the year!
