The 2nd Sunday is a joint service with our Methodist friends alternating between St Peter's Church Awsworth and Awsworth Methodist's at Awsworth Village Hall (odd months at Methodists, even month's at St Peter's Church).
The Last Sunday of the month is our new All Age Service @ 10.30am St Peter's Church.

St Peter

The first known purpose built church of Awsworth was part of the site of St Peter’s built around 1746.

It was commissioned by the Earl of Stamford and was built by Richard Smedley who donated the sum of £5 per year for “teaching the poor”, this continued until the late 1990’s at the reduced rate of £2 per year.
