At this time of year, we start to think about how to make the Easter Garden in church, which looks so lovely on Easter Sunday. We won't be able to do it this year but that does not mean we cant all have our own little ones at home. We are asking you to make a small Easter garden for your home using ONLY what you have available at home.It would be lovely if we could all share pictures of our gardens on Easter Sunday. Please start thinking and join in.Pictures to be emailed to Maureen who will put on the Benefice Facebook page for us.
Our church buildings and hall may be closed but the church is very much alive and serving our communities in different ways. We continue to live stream services from Rev Zoe Burton ( who will hopefully be joining us in June has our new Vicar) on our facebook page along side services from our ministry team. For the time being our church is closed for public Worship and private prayer without exception.WeddingsThere can be no weddings in church till further notice.BaptismThere can be no baptisms until further notice. Emergency baptisms can take place in hospital or at home, though subject to strict hygenic precautions and physical distancing as much is possible. FuneralsFunerals can only take place at the Crematorium or at the graveside.
