Christmas Wreath Making at St Helena's Church

Enjoy seasonal refreshment as you create your own Christmas wreath in this historic setting, with help onhand if you need it! Please bring your own secateurs and gloves. All natural Eco garden materials provided, including the wreath. We are fully sustainable and do not use plastic.

Why not give your 'green fingers' a work out making a beautiful Christmas wreath, using naturally foraged greenery and as eco friendly as possible, including recycled ribbons.

The price is just £20, including refreshments, and all proceeds are to go into church funds to help continue mission and worship in this beautiful and ancient church building.

Community Christmas Tree lighting

Come and be part of making your community light and bright as the Christmas Tree lights are switched on at Mattersey Thorpe at 6pm and Mattersey at 6.30pm on 5th December 2024!
Afterwards, warm yourself with refreshments in All Saints Church and enjoy some carol singing to get the Christmas season off to a joyous start.
