Penitence is an essential part of the Christian life for none of us can measure up to the tremendous vocation that is ours as Christians. We are in constant need of of the mercy and forgiveness of God. Today we express this by taking part i a corporate act of penitence and reconciliation, asking God for the grace to this time usefully in preparation for the celebration of Christ's Passover feast.
A Sung Mass at S. Leonard's at 7pm but there will also be a Sung Mass at All Saints Arksey at 9.30am and a Said Mass at S. Philip and S. James at 12 noon.

St. Luke's is what we call our daughter church, a place of mission and we hope a place to grow the Christian faith in Scawthorpe.
