On the afternoon of Good Friday at 3pm there takes place the celebration of the Lords Passion consisting of three parts:
1. The Liturgy of the Word including the Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ according to John and the solemn intercessions.
2. The Adoration of the Cross.
3. Holy Communion, the Deacon brings back the blessed sacrament from the place of repose and places it on the altar.
