The years have now taken it's toll on St Mary Magdalene Church in Campsall.  After a recent inspection by the Architect it has been confirmed the church roof is in need of large scale repairs before many treasures inside are destroyed beyond repair.  Rainwater ingress has been a large problem over the years and more importantly heavy downfalls over recent months.

In addition, our very aged boiler is struggling and is now unable to meet the demands of heating such a large building and this will be a greater worry during the winter months.

We ask for the support of our visitors, the community and this parish to keep our magnificent Grade 1 listed building for you all, not only a place of worship, but a welcoming place, baptisms and for the bereaved.  Please feel free to use the QR code at the bottom of the page to make your donation to our fund.
