Some of the children will be having a cake sale at 10am next Sunday (5 November) during the usual refreshments. They are raising money for Compassion’s food crisis appeal. You can find out more about the appeal here:

Please support them by buying cake :-) You can donate using cash or via our giving site

If you want to buy cake to take away, if you remember, please can you bring your own reusable container. We will have some containers available for transporting cake if needed though.

Safeguarding

The parish of Stannington: Christ Church is committed to the safeguarding of children, young people and adults. We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (Dawn Helliwell), PSOs.
