The time between Ascension Day and Pentecost (18th May and 28th May) is a time set aside to pray and wait for God. For anyone who is feeling a sense of loss and anxiety or a love for the World, Stannington and their friends, there are a number of interactive prayer stations set up in church. You are welcome to call in anytime, there will be someone in church between 3.30 and 5 each week day.
On Thursday 18th there will be a quiet prayer gathering to launch the prayer stations anyone is welcome.

We follow the House of Bishops guidance and policies and have our own Parish Safeguarding Officer (Dawn Helliwell), PSOs.
