Advent Quiet Days 2nd and 6th December

Occuring
for 6 hours
Venue
Whirlow Spirituality Centre
Address
Whirlow Grange Close, S11 9SY, United Kingdom

The month before Christmas can easily become a blur of shopping, visiting, parties and travel. We invite you to join us in a day of quiet preparation as we slow down and reflect on how the coming of Jesus can be the fulfilment of our hopes and lead us back home. We will listen to the words of prophets and poets and respond to them in quietness, with space for creativity and in contemplative worship.

These days will be led by Whirlow Chaplain, Alison Richards. Participants will need to bring their own packed lunch, hot drinks and biscuits will be provided.

*Please note the content of both days will be identical, allowing for flexibility for those who cannot make a weekend/weekday.
