* Carols at the Cross Scythes public house on Thursday evening (7pm) on the 12th December 2024 . A chance to sing with us , and also avail yourself of your favourite drink. Carol Sheets provided.
* On Saturday 21st December 2024 at 6:30pm , we are holding "The Longest Night " , A metal carol service in church. A chance to explore a love of heavy music and the Christian faith .
* We are holding a Candlelit Carol Service at St.Paul's with refreshments at 6pm on Sunday 22nd December 2024.
We are holding "Carols in the Park" in Meersbrook Park but in the Walled Garden this time at 6pm on Monday 23rd December 2024 - let's hope the weather is better than it was last year ! The entrance to the garden is via the entrance near Meersbrook Hall , and then up and right on the path towards the entrance. It will be dark , so please ensure that you bring torches or phones with you , and dress to withstand the weather ( let's hope it's dry) . You can download a copy of the carol sheet from here but we will have some copies to give out. At this time of year we take donations for charities - HARC ( Homeless and rootless at Christmas ) and the Children's Society , so there will be a couple of buckets around for whatever you are able to give.
* * Our Midnight Communion service will take place from 11:30 pm Tuesday 24th 2024.
* Christmas morning Service , Family Communion , at 10am on Wednesday 25th December 2024.
* On Sunday 29th December 2024 – we are holding a Joint service with St Chad’s Church at St. Chad’s , Linden Avenue, Sheffield S8 0GA – at 10am. N.B. - There will be no service at St.Paul's Church that day.
