St. Mary's is the Church of England parish church for Hadlow, and is part of the Deanery of Paddock Wood in the Diocese of Rochester. The parish includes the neighbouring village, Golden Green, where services are also held each month in the Golden Green Mission Hall.

Predominantly liberal catholic in its style of worship, including a robed choir, St. Mary's is a welcoming and inclusive church that sits firmly at the heart of the community. As well as Sunday worship, St Mary's holds services for the community as well as baptisms, weddings and funerals.

At St. Mary's we have a beautiful church building that has been a centre of worship for over 1000 years.
