Every six years the Church Representation Rules require that an entirely new Electoral Roll must be created and that everyone included on the current roll must re-apply. 

Only those on the church's new electoral role may vote at the APCM on Thursday 15th May, 2025. 

Deadline for submitting your form is Sunday 20th April 2025
