Morning Prayer

Morning Prayer is usually offered in church, from Tuesday to Saturday (except Bank Holidays) and is a good way to start your day. The service is usually in modern language using Common Worship Daily Prayer, but sometimes we use other orders of service, including traditional language.

Please note that, on occasion, it might be cancelled, but the church will normally be open from 9.00 so please feel free to spend some time with God, even if the service does not go ahead.

A spoken service of Holy Communion using Common Worship Order Two. This service is almost exactly like that found in the Book of Common Prayer. You will find a quiet welcome, and space to spend time with God as we soak up the beautiful language of the Prayer Book.

Join us on Sunday at 10.30am for our service, which follows Church of England liturgy with confession, absolution, reading, sermon, hymns, prayers and communion – about 75 minutes.

Come and join our informal service of word, prayer and praise. Songs and activities for children with coffee/tea and snacks available for all. This month we will be making Christingles.
