Annual Parochial Church Meetings 2025

Every year the parishes hold public meetings to elect officers and discuss church business, past, present and future. All parishioners may vote at the Meeting of Parishioners. Only those registered on the church electoral roll are eligible to vote on issues raised in the main APCM meeting.

To be registered on the church electoral roll (which is not the government electoral roll) please contact the relevant Electoral Roll Officer, below:

NB: In 2025 the electoral roll is being overhauled, as it is every six years. This means that even if you have been on the roll in the past, it is vital that you re-register now. This has to be done by 23 February for Steep and Stroud; and 19 March for Froxfield and Privett.

The Meeting of Parishioners, and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting for the Parish of Steep and Stroud will be held on Sunday 23 March at All Saints' Church, Steep, at approximately 10.45am, following 10am Parish Communion (said).

FROXFIELD WITH PRIVETT
The Meeting of Parishioners, and the Annual Parochial Church Meeting for the Parish of Froxfield with Privett will be held on Sunday 6 April at St Peter's Church, High Cross, at approximately 10.45am, following 10am Parish Communion (said).
