The "Nine Lessons and Carols" service aims to retell the story of Jesus' birth through a combination of scripture readings and songs. It's a way for us to reflect on and celebrate the significance of Christmas as the birth of Jesus Christ.

St Mary's, Alverstoke

Welcome to Alverstoke Parish Church with its centres of worship at St.Mary's, St.Faith's and St.Francis' plus our two community centres and a sailing club! 

We aim to share God's love in the community as we seek to be alive to God through faith in Jesus Christ.

Overlooking the Solent, Alverstoke Parish worships in three different buildings: St.Mary's Alverstoke, St.Faith's, Leesland (including Leesland Neighbourhood Church) and St.Francis, Clayhall. Worship is also hosted in St.Luke's private chapel once a month on the former RN Hospital Haslar site.

The Parish Centre and the Brodrick Hall host a full programme of community events and church activities.
