St John the Baptist

Welcome to St John the Baptist Church in Shedfield! We look forward to welcoming you to our services. We meet in St John the Baptist Church on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. On the second Sunday we have Holy Communion at 8am using the Book of Common Prayer and at 10am we have our Sunday Service which is a non-eucharistic service with our music group. On the fourth Sunday we have a 10am service of parish communion using Common Worship.  On the second Sunday of each month we have Evensong using the Book of Common Prayer.  This service alternates between St John the Baptist Church and St Nicholas, Wickham that is our sister church in the benefice. First and third Sundays follow the same pattern of services in St Nicholas, Wickham. Please look at our website for the up to date details.

From September 2024 until further notice, St Nicholas Church, Wickham is closed for extensive repairs.  ALL services are conducted at St John the Baptist Church in Shedfield.  Here is the link to our website: https://www.stjohnthebaptistshedfield.org.uk
