The Church Electoral Roll is for members of the congregation who would like to engage with the way our church is run. You need to be on the Roll to vote at the Annual Parochial Church Meeting, which will be held in church on 30 April 2025.

Everyone who is eligible is encouraged to put their names down on the Roll.

Every 6 years the National Church rules say that we need to completely refresh the Roll, so everyone who would like to be on the Roll needs to fill in a simple application form, whether you are on the current Roll or not.

An application form is attached below. Please complete yours now and return it to David Lumley, Electoral Roll Officer.

Welcome to St Peter's Church, Shorwell. We are a friendly welcoming church and we're always happy to see regulars and visitors to our services and events. St Peter's is part of the West Wight Benefice which combines the West Wight Anglican churches of Freshwater, Yarmouth, Totland Bay, Brighstone, Brook, Mottistone, Shorwell, Calbourne, Newtown, Shalfleet and Thorley.

If you wish to be kept informed of services and events at Shorwell Church please contact the Administrator for the West Wight Benefice via: [email protected] and your name and email address can be added to the circulation list for the monthly West Wight Benefice Bulletin.
