About Us

Built in 1914, The Parish Church of St Saviour is a warm and lively parish church in the Anglo-Catholic tradition, located in the residential area of Stamshaw in the City of Portsmouth.

Irrespective of whether you are strong in the faith, newly converted, exploring religion for the first time or just moved into the area, you can be assured of a warm and friendly welcome, please don't take our word for it, come and find out for yourself.

St Saviour holds regular normal services also providing the parish with christening's, weddings, banns read and funeral services.

Children and families are very welcome.

We have regular social events, including a popular Wednesday lunch club, quiz nights, craft fares etc. which are advertised through this page and Facebook. Everyone is welcome and we would love you to join in.

Normal Services are:

Sundays: Parish Mass - 09:30

Mondays: Low Mass - 10:00

Wednesdays: Low Mass - 11:30 (followed by Lunch)

Fridays: Low Mass - 19:00
