About Us

Werrington Parish Church is in two locations, St John the Baptist on Church Street and Emmanuel on Twelvetree Avenue.

St John's is in the middle of the village & is a traditional stone building but with mod cons (upholstered chairs, multi media, toilets, creche & youth ministry, old & new styles of music) Around 50 worshippers at 10.30am.  Emmanuel Church is part of The William Law School on Twelvetree Ave and is a large modern hall, with staging. Around 70 worshippers each Sunday with a children's ministry and a youth ministry. The Parish Office is based on this site and is open Mon to Fri.

Strong teaching ministry; many small groups; mid week day groups; Messy Church; music ministry; Alpha; Marriage Prep; Pastoral care ministry and also Christian Listeners & Bereavement Listeners.
